How is the price set?
By area (m²), how dirty it is, frequency and extras. The calculator gives an estimate; we give the exact price in writing after a free survey.
Who brings the products and equipment?
We bring everything. If you want a particular product used, just tell us.
Is the team insured?
Yes. All staff are registered and we hold 1,000,000 TL professional liability insurance.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No. We take the key in a sealed envelope and send a photo checklist when finished.
How do I pay?
On completion by cash, card or transfer. Corporate clients are invoiced monthly.
What if I am not happy?
Report anything missed within 24 hours and the team returns for free.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before.
I have pets; are your products safe?
Yes; we have an unscented, biodegradable range for homes with children and pets.
